All items in our Graduation Collection are custom-made specifically for you. Please double-check all names, dates, photos, school colors, sizes, spelling, and other personalization details before submitting your order.

Once design work or production has started, your order cannot be canceled or refunded due to a change of mind, incorrect information submitted by the customer, or a change in event plans. Changes requested after work has begun may not be possible and may result in additional charges.

Because each product is personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or customer-submitted errors once production has started.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the customization details we agreed upon, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
